Where will the event be held?
The Puyallup Pioneer Park Pavilion in downtown Puyallup. This open, airy and inviting space with cheerful market lights will draw you into a joyful experience of connection and fundraising.
When should I get my tickets?
Purchase tickets online now, or at the door after 4pm on Auction Day (Sat, March 5th)
What time does it start?
For those coming in person, doors open at 5:30 pm. For those joining online, our Livestream begins at 6:45 pm.
What will happen during the evening?
For those coming in person, the usual fun of Best of Live tickets, a “Libation Station” (our expanded wine wall that includes high-end ciders and IPA’s), and the ever-competitive dessert dash, along with auction games, a picnic dinner, hosted bar, and camaraderie!
Stop at the video booth to give a shout-out to our virtual guests, through the magic of livestreaming!
Those in person will be able to bid on all items, either on your device or using a bid card during the live auction. A sampling of Silent and Select Silent items will be available for viewing, including fabulous art pieces by well-known local artists.
Where do I park?
There is ample free parking in the parking lot across the street from the entrance to the Pavilion. Street parking is also available in the area.
What should I wear?
Costumes are a well-loved tradition at L’Arche auctions. For this event, we are thinking about a picnic in the French countryside. This might mean a flowing, flowered dress, or a loose caftan-type top, with a jaunty scarf and maybe a straw hat, or a beret – whatever suits your style for a comfortable, quietly classy outing with friends!
When will the Silent Auction items close?
The Silent Auction will end around 6:45 pm, when the auctioneer announces the closing.
For those participating virtually
You will feel like a part of the crowd from the comfort of your own home. You will be able to bid on all items, using the “chat” to bid during the Live auction.
You will need to pre-register online with a credit card in order to bid.
COVID Precautions
- For everyone’s safety, all who attend the event in person, including our vendors, must attest to being fully vaccinated.
- Everyone will wear masks unless actively eating or drinking.
- Food will come individually wrapped and can be eaten that evening or enjoyed later at home.
- Dessert “leftover” boxes will be available for anyone who wants to take a dessert portion home.
When can I pick up my stuff?
Items not brought to the venue can be picked up at the L’Arche Welcome Center on Sunday, March 6th from 12-4 pm. Items will also be available Monday, March 7 from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Tuesday through Friday that week between 9 AM and 4:30 PM.
Any items not picked up by 4:30 PM on Friday, March 11 become the property of L’Arche, unless other arrangements are made. Shipping costs will be added to the cost of any item requested to be shipped.
