As you can imagine, financial support is key to the success of our auction. Our goal is to have all of our auction expenses offset by sponsorship and underwriting donations so that 100% of the evening's proceeds can go directly toward the needs of L'Arche Tahoma Hope.
Sponsorship
There are a variety of sponsorship levels to choose from. These levels are highlighted below, but we encourage you to contact Rachel at auction@larchetahomahope.org or

- Event Sponsor, $5,000 ($4,200 of this is a tax-deductible donation)
- Recognition on L'Arche website, including a link to your site.
- Recognition on the night of the event
- Acknowledgment in media presentation on the “big screen” at the event
- Public announcement of sponsorship before or after the live auction
- Recognition in publications
- Acknowledgement in L’Arche newsletter

- 1/2 page B&W advertisement in auction program

- One table for 10 guests with preferred seating
- Patron Sponsors, $1,000 ($1,000 of this is a tax-deductible donation)

- 1/4 page B&W advertisement in auction program

Underwriting
We welcome underwriting donations in all amounts.
- For donations between $500 - $999 you will receive a 1/4 page ad in the auction program and acknowledgment in the L'Arche newsletter.
- For donations $499 and below, you will receive recognition in the auction program.
...because it's really not a party without them there!
- A donation of $80 will pay for a core member's ticket to the auction, and a donation of $160 will cover a core member and his/her accompanying assistant.
